Manufacturer's Response - VCON MediaConnect 9000

"A later version of the MediaConnect 9000 software (version 2) has addressed the problems experienced e.g inability to select VCR mixing modes etc. but unfortunately this software version was not available during the evaluation period.

Version 2 software also supports the use of handheld remote control with the 9000 when it is not data sharing.

We are aware of the Far end Camera Control problem over H.323, IP networks as the latest protocols of the FECC standards were not supported in the earlier version of the MediaConnect 9000 software.

We are not aware however of any problems with Far End Camera Control over ISDN networks".
