ISDN Dial In

On making a videoconference booking which includes an ISDN end-point, the designated contact at each site will receive an ISDN number(s) to dial.

**ISDN Dial-in Number Change - the Booking Service will no longer issue 0870 prefixed numbers for ISDN dial-in. Existing bookings have been changed and conference bookers notified by email of the new 0131 and 0134 prefixed numbers to call.

ISDN numbers issued by the Booking Service are in the format below:

0131 474 XXXX
0134 480 XXXX

The 4 numbers XXXX at the end of the prefix may change for each booking. Please ensure those dialling-in check they are using the correct number and not one issued for a previous videoconference.

Note: We have been contacted in the past about nuisance calls from 0118 900 4966. This number is NOT one of the numbers allocated to our videoconferencing service. The provider of this range is Worldcom.
