The hardware and software issues on the IOCOM server virgo.agsc.man.ac.uk have now been resolved and it is now back online
All services are up and running normally.
27 May 2011 - IOCOM Users Only - virgo server currently down [update]
The hardware faults with http://virgo.agsc.man.ac.uk have now been fixed, however new software and licenses are being issued. This is currently in the process of being resolved.
Knight server (http://knight.agsc.man.ac.uk) is still confirmed as up and running as a viable alternative for the time-being.

27 May 2011 - IOCOM Users Only - virgo server currently down
A hardware fault with the IOCOM virgo server means that it is currently unavailable.
Impact:There is currently no estimated time for this to be resolved, however maintenance is under-way. A subsequent update will be posted once repairs are complete.
In the meantime, the knight backup server (http://knight.agsc.man.ac.uk) is performing as normal, therefore please use this for now.

Argonne National Labs (ANL) have fully restored their infrasturcture and Jabber is working again.

Following planned maintenance at Argonne National Labs (ANL), the Bridge Registry machine controlling Jabber is not working.
Please note that this affects both IOCOM Jabber and AG toolkit Jabber.
ANL will restore these services when the required server infrastructure becomes available again.
