Cancelled Courses

A course is cancelled when we do not get enough bookings to make it viable.  The number of delegates required to run a course depends on the level of interaction required between delegates but we are willing to run courses with as few as three delegates.   

When numbers are low we carry out additional advertising to promote the course to avoid cancellations.  Where this isn’t successful, any delegates that have been booked will be contacted to be informed of the cancellation.  

We continually monitor delegate numbers and work with regional groups, such as the RSCs, to identify appropriate courses and dates.  Although this helps to minimise cancellations these are, unfortunately, unavoidable at times.
