VC User gropup Alison Walker from the Welsh Video Network presents at last year's event.

The event at the Royal Society on 22nd November, will run from 10:00am (arrival from 9:30am) to around 3:45pm. A buffet lunch and refreshments will be provided. Online booking has now closed for this event as of Friday 19 November.

The programme of speakers will feature presentations from:

  • The Natural History Musum, Paraguay 2010 exploration,
  • The Churchill Museum's new videoconference - Operation Fortitude,
  • Updates from JANET Videoconferencing,
  • South East Grid for Learning on eSafety in Videoconferening.

This year the Schools VC User Group Event will host the “Schools Videoconferencing Awards 2010”. Entry is now closed, but thank you and good luck if you have submitted an entry for an award.

We will be accepting a limited number of attendees and presenters via videoconference.
