West Road Concert Hall
This is the venue for registration, the exhibition, post lunch dessert and coffees, plenary ssessions, exhibitor sessions and the Exhibitor Drinks Reception on the Tuesday evening.
The Faculty of Law
This will be the venue for the parallel sessions, excluding the exhibitor parallel sessions which will be held in the West Road venue.
Selwyn College
This will be the venue for all the lunches. This year we willbe offering the option of a 'Grab and Go' lunch for those who want to be on the move. We will still be priovding the usual hot lunch for those who like to sit down to a proper lunch. we have booked 60 bedrooms here for the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights. There is a bar at this venue too. Opening times will be published nearer the time.
Gonville and Caius, Stephen Hawking Building
The Cavonius Centre in this venue will be used for the pre Networkshop JANET Training courses. We have also booked 74 bedrooms for the Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights.

Clare College - Memorial Court
We have booked 96 bedrooms for the Tuesday and Wednesday nights with a small number available for the Monday night too. These bedrooms are en-suite but are more traditional in styel complete with a lounge area. Breakfast will served over on the main college site which is across the road and over the river. You will need to allow for a five to ten minute stroll for your breakfast.
Clare College - Memorial Court
Murray Edwards
This is ideal if you come by car as they have some parking spaces. It is about a 15 minute walk or a five minute cycle ride to the conference venues. The accommodation is very modern and comfortable. Breakfast will be served in the college dining room. We have booked 100 bedrooms here.
St John's College
This will be the venue for the Conference Dinner on Wednesday 1 April at 8:15pm .
