Connectivity has been restored as of 15:44 hrs after the faulty interface card was replaced.

Engineer is on site awaiting replacement part.

The replacement part is in transit with an estimated time of arrival at Glasgow C-PoP of between 14:00 -15:00 hrs this afternoon.

Our monitoring tools show a loss of connectivity to the Glow backbone at Glasgow C-PoP from 04:06 hrs.

A hardware issue has been discovered and a call has been logged with the network equipment maintenance provider to replace the faulty equipment.

No estimated time for repair is currently available, although we are seeking confirmation of this and hope to provide a further update shortly.
