Contractual Matters
JANET(UK) is collaborating closely with LMN and its telecommunications contractors to ensure that ownership of the contracts for circuit provision currently held by LMN are assigned to JANET(UK). This will ensure that JANET(UK) is able to mange faults and provisioning issues with suppliers from 1 November. Responsibility for managing faults on the current IP routers will remain with LMN’s maintenance contractor for the duration of the migration period. All new IP routers will be covered under JANET(UK)’s existing maintenance arrangements.
