2007 March - full statement regarding JANET(UK)'s position on QoS on JANET is published.

2006 November - results of the Network Performance Survey conducted by the JANET QoS Development project team are published.

2005 March - Redesigned QoS website goes live

June - JANET(UK) has issued a call for expressions of interest to participate in the JANET QoS Development Project - Phase 2. The call addresses JANET Connected Organisations and supporting organisations such as Regional Networks, Regional Support Centres and Local Education Authorities. This 12 to 18 month project is a follow on from Phase 1 and will be exploring the feasibility of implementing a QoS service on JANET.
