Dan Perry

Daniel Perry is Head, Strategy Business at JANET(UK), a remit that includes new initiatives such as data centres alongside strategic processes including the new Corporate Plan due out soon. Originally a biologist and marine biologist, he has significant senior management experience in academic and technology management positions, latterly running IT and Programme Development functions. He has a proven track record of successfully developing and implementing commercially viable strategies for organizations and products in the academic sector. He has developed cutting edge solutions, such as a leading portal for 3000+ students, and contributed to new thinking in a range of disciplines. He holds an MBA from Manchester Business School and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He is a keen climber and hill walker, more of a challenge since starting work in Oxfordshire.
