Board of Management
The Board of Management of the Association is constituted of nominated and elected directors. The nominated directors consist of two directors nominated by the company and one director each nominated by the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), the Scottish Higher and Further Education Funding Councils (SFC), the National Council for Education and Training for Wales (NCETW), the Higher Education Funding Council for Wales (HEFCW) the Learning and Skills Council (LSC) and the Office of Science and Technology (OST) and the Research Councils. Two directors are elected by the HE and individual members and one director by the FE members.

The day to day management of the company is devolved to the Senior Management Team.
