Videoconferencing

Recording
The JANET Videoconferencing Service (JVCS) has recently made a new feature available to organisations registered with the JVCS Booking Service. When you book or launch a videoconference through the JVCS Booking Service, you can now choose to record the conference by simply ticking a box.

Streaming
The feature enables users of the JVCS Booking Service to stream a live videoconference. This means that the videoconference can be viewed and listened to via a web browser by remote participants as it is in progress.

JVCS Desktop
A new desktop videoconferencing feature called JVCS Desktop has been integrated into the JVCS Booking Service and is now available to the JANET community. Please note that this is a pilot feature.

For detail on how to used this feature and more technical information please see the JVCS Desktop Page
